What foam options are available for the rifle case?
This rifle case offers two foam options: Egg-shell foam is the standard you know from most gun cases and cushions through compression. It works as a universal solution without any cutting and is the most convenient option if you want to use your case for different rifles. The Pre-Cut foam lets you tear out or cut sections to create a custom fit for your rifle and accessories — it looks clean and keeps everything organized. We have additional foam available if you want to customize multiple layers of foam for different rifles and loadouts and just swith to the one you want to use for the day.
Is the rifle case lockable?
Yes, the rifle case has four combination locks integrated right into the case for maximum security and convenience. No keys are needed - just set your own code combinations. The heavy-duty latches complement the lock system for reliable protection during transport.
Can I use the rifle case for hunting trips and shooting competitions?
Yes, it is well suited for hunting trips in normal weather conditions and will protect your firearms during transport. Just make sure not to use the case in very wet conditions or expose it to heavier rain as it is not waterproof. It will also be a reliable partner if you are travelling by car to shooting competitions.
Is the rifle case suitable for airline travel?
We do not recommend to use this case for airline travel. During the handling at the airport your rifle case can be dropped or thrown around and this might damage the case even though your firearms are well protected. Therefore this rifle case is best suited to reliably protect your firearms during hunting trips where you travel by car or visits to the gun range. If you are looking for a case that you can use for airline travel we recommend our rigid plastic cases which will withstand the harsh handling without any problems.
Can the rifle case be fully opened?
The rifle case uses hinges to hold the lid of the case when opened and can therefore not be fully opened and laid flat on the ground. We purposely build it in this way so it is easier and more convenient to store and take out firearms and gear from your rifle case. It also prevents the lid from falling back.
